I don't know the name of the manga, but a
search at Amazon Japan reveals some titles of his.
Keep in mind that all thsoe are most likely anthologies, and what ahs been posted in this thread is a chapter from one such anthology. It's also possible it was a one off chapter for a magazine.
On second look of the titles list, only
this one holds promise. I have digital copies of the other five and already scanned through them. This one however, is an unknown entity.
Upon further analysis of the kanji, I believe
this thread is an excerpt from this manga.
