Giganta by DC comics *MAY* be an exception, but you wouldn't say that female muscle growth is widely accepted just because She-Hulk exists, would you?

I dunno, there were some sexual aspects to the giant sexy girl. The intentional upskirt shot, the "I want to go on that ride, Dad" "Me too, son, me too" comments...
And what about the '93 50-ft woman? You're not gonna tell me they saw absolutely no sexual potential in a scene where her breasts are clearly shown to be growing, then she rips out of her dress, then pops her bra...
