I've found a place where you can watch the full Nickoon version of the ep online. http://www.the-n.com/theclick/?categ...&titleId=22217 Go to that page then scroll down and click on the video called Shrinking Charlotte.

The plot is basically the same, but there are a couple of more scenes and the growing and shrinking scene is MUCH more manic. Oh and be warned, the blue girl actually sings in this one.
