Dunno if this has been mentioned (I don't think it has), but for Japanese translation I recommend http://www.ocn.ne.jp/translation/ (click the second button from the left for Japanese to English, then click the upper button to translate). The software is WAY better than babelfish, and (I think) somewhat better than Atlas. Unlike Atlas, you can't auto-translate from a clipboard-AGTH hookup, so it's more for websites than games. I've certainly found it very helpful.

Although you can't use it to translate a comic, unfortunately.
