From what i understand, the kiss she did was to make anyone to act by instinct and lust, and when they cumming they died or lost their soul and become sex-craving machine... (You will see what happen to Shimizu, the blue cloth guy, if you choose 2nd opt when he ask Izumi at the office)
The skill she use in the battle was "evil eye" that bind Izumi's movement, so not only attack but defend and heal also can be cancelled by that spell...
