I think the story is that a huge girl has a crush on her P.E. teacher, and that page is part of a day dream she is having.

I think the artist is caramel-dow, He did the "Monster Age" comic that's in The Process's GTS archive. MA's plot revovles around some sort of mutation, where the teenage girls grew taller then the other people, and they also grew penises. Caramel also did Lewd Touch, witch looks like it has a similar storylineas far as growth goes, minus the penis content.

There's no process in any three of the mangas, but if it's allowed, i can post the requested manga.
