They never did bring the Priestess around, nor did they reintroduce they Possession ability, or the Shift at Will ability. They did however introduce the elemental reaver in SR2, but they WERE gonna be in the first one as well. Instead we only got he Fire Reaver.
Oh and they changed the ending in more ways than one. We also never got to see Turel's territory, or the rest of the Human Citadel, or the rest of the Silenced Cathedral! >.<
I loved the first game because it wasn't jsut a hack and slash like Defiance was. It had story, it have deep characters, it had a fully explorable world that allowed you to move further and further in it as you gain abilities. It was awesome! ^_^
