A while ago I read a TG story on FM.
I can't remember any of the characters names but I do know it starts out in a coffee shop, and the main character(guy) goes on a diatribe about coffee. His GF is like a water elemental shapeshifter that changes gender every 2 weeks or something.
Her ex-GF is jealous of the boyfriend and switches bodies with him, unlocking some sort of hidden potential in his soul or something. All in all there's water/fire/earth elementals as I recall.
