There was a thread about this on stormrs forum, but seeing as thats down for a server upgrade i cant get any of the info on the anime, and i also dont have a great memory. :P
BUT i did know where a gif of this scene was housed...so i'll present that for you here. The file name is "MahouShoujoAi2.gif" which sounds familiar as the title. Anyway enjoy.
