As for deck construction, it all depends if you can use it to it's fullest abilities. Scopen is a good turner to put in a deck, but it best works in a deck that focuses on Morphtronic monsters. Scopen's attack mode lets you special summon a morphtronic monster once for the turn but at the end of the turn, that special summoned monster will be destroyed. In defense mode, it is a level 4 instead level 3. Most popular combos I ever heard for it were one turn Goyo Guaradian, or one turn Black Rose Dragon to wipe the field, or one turn Dark Striker. Since you didn't list out your deck, I can't say whether it would work in your deck or not.
