Although I can't speak for Sutibaru, I got these and more from eMule in one pack. It's called "Octopus Trap - Silhouette Girl Mega Collection" and it had most of it in there. There use to be a torrent of these as well, but I don't know which one it is or if it still works.
If you're new to eMule, I suggest getting the "eMulePlus" version found here
http://emuleplus.info/ . It already has the useful servers you'll need added. You'll need to unblock a few ports and you'll be good to go

Yeah, that statement couldn't be more accurate. I've taken a lot of "collateral damage" from all the things I've seen in search for BE it makes me wonder why I still manage to go through such muck to find such "treasures"
