Those are from 3D Custom Girl, an eroge where you can create your own girl.
It's actually a lot of fun to play around with, even if not for the intended purpose, and while I could be banned for providing links to torrents (I'm not sure of the specifics of those sorts of rules), you could simply google for 3D Custom Girl and hongfire, since there are several threads/torrents on the subject over there.
