All of the raws of Shichisai are available through through the 2009-08 issue, which makes about 48 chapters. However, the scans are of varying quality because Shichisai has been moved around to various publications and has often been scanned from low-quality paper. The censoring varies too, and I'm not sure what the scanlator means by "white spray." I don't think it ever gets in the way of the art, though.

The raws from the start through 2007 are collected in three archives here. The first is in tankobon format. The rest are from various magazines.

Most of the 2008 through 2009 chapters have to be recovered from their respective issues of Manga Bangaichi, AFAIK. Here are sources I found:
