How about we just simply say that this is a non-requesting forum (except for the artwork request area?) and refer them to bullitin boards that don't mind requests, such as maybe www.metamorphose.org ? Hell, I don't see why he couldn't ask for floating BE there. Or maybe... http://www.overflowingforum.com/

Wouldn't that be a short, sweet reply that is both helpful and would end the long complaining thread?
