I know Sokora Refugees is nigh infamous for it's TF/AG/BE, so I'll save the synoposis.
Instant Teen: Just Add Nuts is just a simple shoujo manga about a ten year old girl who constantly wishes she could be older. One day she takes some candied nuts from a young botanist, and when she wakes up the next morning, she's 20 years old. All G rated stuff here. Not a whole lot of process, but some AR as well as AP. But plenty of the girl switching between her 10 year old body and 20 year old body.
Everyone is probably well accquainted with Rizelmine the anime because of its AP/BE/AG scene. It's the story about a boy obsessed with older women, who becomes the government mandated object of affection for a being composed of nano-machines. There's a whole chapter where Rizelmine undergoes a procedure to become an adult in an attempt to win the boy's affections.
Like I said, all G-Rated stuff, but not bad.
