Gender, the problem I think we're facing in communicating the idea to you is you take this on a personal and therefore individualized basis. What I mean by work more isn't that you would then be able to do 50 hours, it's the amount of labor and time lost when injuries and diseases and so forth go untreated or undetected because the person does not wish to pay thousands of dollars to check what could be a minor thing...only for it to be a major thing.
