They're siblings: Yuia (best estimate I can make of her name
kanji) is saying, "Who can that voice be...
oniichan?". After she gets... um, squirted, she's bellowing, "HAHAHAHAAA! YUIA ATTACK!!" as she's about to nail him with the space heater (or some heavy appliance).

Yuia wakes up in the same pose as at the start of page six. She is talking about what a strange dream that was and how embarrassed she is by it. On the last page, she walks out of her room saying, "That really was a weird dream. Thank goodness it
was just a dream!"
Perhaps interestingly, in the dream, the magazine "oniichan" was using is called
Four-dimensional Dream Magazine; in "real life", it becomes
Two-dimensional Dream Magazine...
