Oh its not low standards, but high tolerance for mediocre art as long as it has good direction.
This is just bad period.
I've already seen it here though, and I"ve seen too many Western cartoon porn ads where the artist decides to have zero creative liberty to be shocked.
Give a reaction image if this were an imageboard but not shocked.
