Hmm... All that I can think of when I look at these is the internal pathing of these "nests" if something were to press on their chests hard enough they'd rupture all over the place with the goo from the nests. For example.. If they were to simply trip on level ground and fall on their chest..... what'd be left are their breasts looking like a meat variety of Swiss cheese: dead maggot remains pouring out of the wounds, along with the thread materials their nests are made of and the "nesting" fluids...

Heck.. depending on how close they are to the skin a simple touch from their own hand could cause a wound to blister open...
