To me, it means if you ask for something that I can find on the first page of a Google search, then you're lazy and looking for a hand-out rather than trying to do it yourself.
Seriously, go to Google and search for
rgss102e.dll download and it's on the first page. I don't believe it was the first result, but still it isn't that hard to find.
Besides, you can see the original sprite and the modified one by just looking at the image files in the root directory.
