Look at the clothes behind her- those pants weren't made for a girl with stump-legs, nor that backpack for amputee arms. It definitely looks like the limb atrophy and the multi-breast growth (And who doesn't love multi-breasts, the more the merrier m i rite) is occurring as the picture was "taken", so to speak, instead of a pre-existing amputation.
