Oh well, I suppose it was meant to be silly, but also as a compliment.
Brooklyn Rage is a catchphrase that Little Kuriboh(Yugioh Abriged) made for Joey.
The punch comment of Bosch reminded me of a scene and since that particular punch is sort of like a Falcon Punch.
Maybe if it becomes popular enough it might be the new punch. ;p

In short: It was a silly compliment aimed at you Matsu, that is all.
