OMM is good but unless you can maual install you cant have the huge breast mesh.

ok so you found your program files? if so then look for Bethesda's folder. thats where oblivion is. in the oblivion folder is a folder called data. in the data folder is a meshes folder. in the meshes folder is the armor folder. in there is the daino folder.
