It doesn't look like this particular comic was on his site, though I'm positive it was somewhere not too long ago.
You're definitely on the right track with the white haired girl. It was not Sabrina, and seemed like a one shot character.

I recall there being a sequence of Veronica (the black haired girl) into, and also back from feline form, as well as the white haired girl from cat to human.

Thanks to the person who put up the comic cover of Betty & Veronica, though the one I'm searching for is a complete conversion from human to feline.
