There's "translations" up to chapter 47, and then no more. It ends with BE too, her sex drive is related to her breast size so she wishes she has smaller breasts in like chapter 45 and thus becomes less of a slut, but after one indulgance her breasts... It's like the biggest cliff hanger of the whole series. Her breasts grow slowly throughout (like eiken) but this is the only real BE.
