If it's to be an online text, I'd suggest including hyperlinks to drawing tutorials on other subjects: anatomy and physiology, cartooning expression and motion, gif and flash animation.
You might specialize in: breasts in perspective; changes in the centre of gravity; different kinds of breasts; different sizes dressed and undressed; pressure on the breasts, pressure on clothing and consequent folds; narrative composition in sequential art; drawing the physiological changes of arousal and lactation.
I'd suggest referencing a model pose book where models are carrying heavy weight while walking, sitting etc...
