Since you're on a roll with this shrinking while walking/running thing, I'd thought i'd offer an idea for the future.
I'd like to see one of your models shrink while going up stairs, she could first come down the stairs after being exposed to something or drinking a potion, then she can start slowly shrinking, when she realized it she tries to go back upstairs. it can start out simple at the bottom, then she can start loosing he clothing as she has to begin taking larger and larger steps (starting from her shoes to her bra) then finally she has to abandon the last of her clothes to climb over the last step at the top of the stairs. Your skills with green screen effects should be able to do this, and it would be cool to see a shot of the staircase with all of her clothes scattered along the length.

Nylons would be a challenge. However, socks might be more doable, all they are is a cloth tube with one end sealed, easily recreated in larger size. If you ever think of doing a shrinking school girl, that'd be one way to approach that part of the costume.
