If we consider BE in a stealth game, reckon we'll need to think about the potential uses of BE as a distraction - either by drawing attention completely away from the player character, or by drawing attention away from what less obvious parts of the player character are doing.
Hmm... come to think of it, this second kind of distraction would be important in more social games, too...

I know I like the sound of stealth/rogueline with BE being used for and against the player.
As far as platforming and puzzles go, the idea of a character being able to change their breasts in different ways to get around comes to mind. Use an item to make them large and heavy to go through a damaged floor to the lower level of a dungeon, or go with a helium style BE to float up to higher levels. All right, so that sounds a lot like A Boy And His Blob, just with lots of big boobs.
