Thanks for posting this thread. It's really good to know that people are looking out for the site. If everyone just steals the content we wouldn't have any way to continue producing new content.
Whenever you find stolen content please contact me directly at gabe[at]cashforge.com. I'm always searching for infringing content but I can't possibly find everything.
And for those who were complaining about the PDF's opening too slow, try using
Foxit Reader and if you don't like seeing two-pages you can go to "View" at the top menu and change it to whatever view you prefer.
BTW, got added to the "Do Not Post" list. Hopefully that will deter some people from posting.
