Yep it is.

Oh and on a semi-related note...Two REALLY good pieces of Ranma as a Succubus fanfiction:
One-Half Wing and A Prayer (more pornish with less character development but still a great piece which does develop a good story and its actually completed) and
The Return (ton of character development and a compelling narrative though Ranma becoming Alucardish is annoying)
And more Ranma as a Succubi fanart from that second fanfic linky...Though Return is the only one of those with real EC. Oh and found one more that actually is EC...sorta
