The Female Possession looks a LOT cuter, don't worry. (It's a 'desire demon')
But, in the Golem-Quest in Honneleath, you find a little girl with a talking kitty. Said talking Kitty is a Desire Demon. If you press it without freeing it, it will possess the girl, she transforms into a VERY sexy demoness...and the fight happens. (Alternately, you can just give her the girl.)
Second, you quickly find out that a character, Connor, is possessed by a demon. If you go into the fade, you see an image of him transform into a demon. Now, once you go into the fade, especially if you use Morrigan, there's no turning back, you have to free him.
But you can do OTHER ideas, and possibly keep him possessed...(i'll have to see.) Especially since a PC can enter.
