I'm trying to remember the name of an anime I saw a few years back. The show had very stylised, flat art and exaggerated animation. The plot revolved around a group of monsters who could look like people and who I think mostly just liked eating people, and a group of swordsmen who were trained to kill the monsters. The main character was one of the swordsmen but he had a bladder problem that came up whenever he got in a fight, and I think his girlfriend was a high ranking member in the monster society, but he didn't know that. I only saw the first two episodes of it and pretty much lost interest entirely in following fansubbing afterwards.
