4. Sims 2: A mod is available where you can skin the robots to look just like humans that wear clothing. Making them get in the hot tub or leaving them out in the rain causes them to malfunction and run about crazily until they blow a fuse and power down.
5. Blade Runner/ Screamers (I guess, not the best examples but noteworthy)

Some Exploding ones for you:
James Bond, Never Say Never: Bond shoots the girl with the pen and she explodes leaving only a pile of clothes.
The old For Brunettes Only commercials: There is one on YouTube, but not the one I remember of the dumpy woman clutching the bottle and looking around all nervous before entering the phone booth and exploding into a babe. So more of a transfomation but the woman knew she was going to explode into a babe and looked nervous first.
From 1998-2000: Saw while living in Detroit and was a commercial for some kind of fat free burrito. A man and his wife are in the kitchen eating their low fat burritos and the announcer is announcing how great they taste and low fat too. The woman looks nervous and straight into the camera puts down the burrito and explodes. The husband shrugs and takes her burrito off her plate and adds it to his own. The camera shows the wifes chair and it is just a pile of dust and her jewlery.
Would love to see the last 2 again, but have not been able to find either one.
