In this comic, a small slime (the same type as in Dragon Warrior, of which this may be a doujinshi of) slides up inside of a woman (my knowledge is limited, so I don't know what character she is) and proceeds to multiply. Body expansion ensues. I don't have the whole comic; I found this in a pregnancy-related torrent on Deadfrog that I just finished downloading and have begun to sift through.
