It's called Syu-Tou and it's by Puni Douraku. He does a lot of chubby doujinshi, you can find a listing of them here: http://doujinshi.mugimugi.org/browse.../PUNI-DOURAKU/

Finally, Eishi at bbw-chan gave me Puni Douraku's name, I hunted down the doujinshi myself. Enjoy.
