Thanks for the warning people, saved me having to watch a woman explode (which honestly happens more than a bit in this area of interest).

I guess the show could claim some validity from the concept in saying that the person used "substandard implants". I'm pretty sure on Mythbusters they used generic ones, not crappy ones.
