Last time I checked it told idiots that you can't blatantly post something or it'll get taken down, and in a good deal of the places I've checked this is true. They re-post it in an obscure fashion yes, but the achievement is that they can no longer post it in a way that is openly available to any and all public, instead they have to get hints on how to find it or find its specific linking.

etc.etc. chop chop... But that site is just one of many of hundreds out there doing this too...Are you going to take them on too?....Are you going to hunt them down and report them?
And while we at it... What about folks who illegaly downloads music for free using a p2p software like limeware thus Ripping off the music industry

What happened to Napster again? Oh yeah, massive lawsuit and they changed to a pay to distribute system.

Or folks who scans comic books and post them to download for free which in turn gives the comic book industry a black eye in sales....What about them?.....There's a lot of it out there..Too much if you ask me....And it's going to take a hell of a lot more than a rattled cage to get the point across that this has got to stop.

That depends on how long they're open and who runs em. Many times they can be threatened to closing by a lawsuit, and others depend on the vigilance of their "shutdown teams" depending on how active or lazy they are. (That's right, some comic distributors pay people to rampage across the net dishing out lawsuits to frolicking distributors...All...day...long. and those who get around it just make sure they don't have any comics from the active searchers.)

...But until stronger laws are made here to protect those rights.( Although i'm not too sure about porn here.)There's nothing you can do but accept it..... But if you decide to take them on... I wish you luck...... You're gonna need it.

Aaaaaaand.... Stronger laws will not be made until enough people complain about violations so that they actually improve the laws. Therefore if you wait and don't complain no laws will be passed.
