"Fraction"
is the handle used by the poster at BEA and some Yahoo! Groups. He (I presume Fraction is male) made a large number of manga excerpts available several years ago. (I believe he's still online, but hasn't been as active in the last couple years.) He has a Yahoo! "briefcase" with a number of excerpts under the name "Fraction".
The filename "Fraction" is being used, I suspect, simply because no one seems to know the name of the manga it came from. (Like many of the excerpts that have been posted on this Forum, the manga seems to be at least ten years old and is now pretty hard to track down...)
