There's a fantastic Paypal tie-in called Payloadz. It's used specifically for the sale of digital material. You upload said file to Payloadz and set a price, then they give you the code for a "Buy Now" button which you put on a site. Said buyer comes to the site, pays for the file and Payloadz give them a username and password to download from that works for (I believe) 24 hours. After that time, the Username and password stop working. I personally know that i would be willing to purchase it if I could just have a digital file of the movie.
