That would be correct--for example, the force of magnetism in a tiny refridgerator magnet that can fit comfortably in the palm of your hand is stronger than the gravitational force of the entire Earth, which is why it can stay on said fridge to begin with.
So yeah, gravity isn't just weak, it's incredibly weak. That said, it still possesses the potential to be stupidly strong, like in black holes and the such--you just need a whole lotta matter to do it.
