Nah, the only time someone gets banned that fast is if they're a blatent troll, or peddling something illegal. Bans aren't as common as you might think.

Because they don't feel secure in their position, so when they know someone ELSE will be the target of aggression, they feel safe.
What I find funny is that it's probably been years since we had a real flaming of a noob. Everything since then has just been a few people telling them they're doing something wrong which quickly fades into obscurity.
