If it is expressionless you are going for, you can try drawing the eye normally but the pupil will be without the iris. I would rather you have a pupil, but it is up to you. Also there will be a lack of shine. Give a lighter color than just black for the pupil and a lighter color for what should be the white of the eye, and you should be a bit better. She still will be emotionless, but also stay consistant with what you are going for.
BTW, she isn't a golem is she?
