Just saying... Provide constructive criticism or, like someone said earlier in the thread: "If you don't like the way he draws things, don't look at em."

Those with rounder more open eyes have been known to have a tendency to be innocent and cuter. I haven't figured out which you want your golem(s) to be, but when you decide what kind of people they are, there exist some really good tutorials on how to draw anime style eyes. I think Sutibaru actually mentioned it earlier in the thread that you could have anime style eyes and not have shine to it to express emotionless ness.

This is Chi from Chobits... Her eyes sometimes go kind of soulless when she is accessing her hard drive. The only thing you can see is a sort of internal light going across the bottom of her eye and a sort of hard drive esc disk sound. Just the only example that I have made in reference to the topic at hand.

Notice the opposite is true when something is meant to be cute:

This is Cutey Honey, the newer version that I fell in love with while I was in Japan that is. ^^ Notice the eyes are full of that shine that is supposed to promote cuteness.
