lowes96,is telling the truth,well the pill part anyways,see those pills are for guys who cant get it up,so they take them to get hard,the older you get,the less blood flows down there,but if your young and in shape,it will increase the size and bloodflow to your penis making it larger,so in a way,yes that is penis expantion..thanks for the story!
