July 19, 2008, and the second article was posted 3 months ago to the day. By now, Miss Moore and Miss Rodriguez have already either settled their case out of court, gone to trial and had the case thrown out, or (And I really don't see this happening) lost their case, served their time, moved on, and got right back to doing their jobs. That is all I will discuss on this particular event as it does not pertain to the Growth Forum or the topic herein. Moving forward!
