It looks like the cake has a BE effect, but after she eats it, it comes back... she tries to squash it with her boobs a couple times and then in picture 9 is assaulted by the cake, leaving her huge in pic 10. At least that's the best I can understand it.

Don't ask me why there's someone IN the cake in panel 3...
