I did a search for this title and couldn't find it, so hopefully I'm not double posting this.
I happened across this today. It's called Cat City, a hungarian animated film from 1986.
- The link, the shrinking is short and starts about 6:18 or so. Essentially the cats are shrinking themselves to chase after mice.
Non erotica, but I thought everyone would be interested in it none the less.
