There are a lot of us here to help, don't go beating yourself up. Personally, I'm not sure if it's the tablet or some awkward image resizing, but it's mostly the lines that are a bit "off" to me. Try to smoothen them and make them more consistent. That way when you fill areas with color, they won't create those awkward areas of white that didn't get filled. There also needs to be a bit more space between her eye and the front of her nose, with the eye looking more like "half an eye" since you're drawing from profile perspective instead of head-on.
Also, save as .png. It'll preserve the quality of the picture better for when you want to go back and edit it. Are you using MSPaint to draw it in first?
