I don't think you understand.
Some people (like me) are turned on by blatant stereotypes. A guy becoming a normal girl but with gender dysphoria is boring to me. And I don't think you got the point of that one storyline. The point WAS that the way he was acting was totally different from how a real black person would act. The author wasn't suggesting that it was representative of reality.
To use an analogy: when you read a bimbo tg story, do you bitch about stereotypes and think the author is implying all women are like that?
