i'm not entirely sure, you could try googling meatball hentai or something, but... i would brace myself if i were you, IIRC it includes gore and scat, and a number of pictures filled with just feces and wounds.. it's disgusting, really. if anything can kill the big-boobed mood, it's huge layouts of pictures of wounds and poop.
